At Ballo, we craft our frames by hand for the long haul, but achieving true longevity means making sure your actual vision is taken care of, too. We know that ordering prescription eyewear online can feel daunting, which is why our lens-fitting process is designed to be as transparent and seamless as possible.

The 5-Step Ballo Prescription Process

Step 1: Pick your ballo frame at balloeyewear.com or in-store.

Step 2: Send us your frame pick and prescription.

Important: Make sure your script includes your Pupil Distance (PD) measurement. Also let us know your lens preference: everyday clear, a sun tint, polarised lenses, or read more about lens options here.

Step 3: We’ll get you a combined quote for both the frame and your custom lenses.

Step 4: We’ll send you a secure payment link to complete your order.

Step 5: After a few days in the lab, we’ll ship your glasses to your door (and plant a tree to offset the carbon footprint of the journey).
