We want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we offer free returns within 30 days of your purchase. To start your return, please reach out via our Contact Page or email ballo@ballo.co.za

Please note: Proof of purchase is required.

 

Warranty

All our products include a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing faults and defects.
This warranty does not cover lens damage or issues caused by wear and tear, misuse or accidental damage.

After inspecting your frames, we’ll repair them wherever possible.

- If replacement components are needed, a charge may apply.

- If a repair isn’t possible, we’ll offer a discount on a replacement frame or a full replacement, depending on the case.

Lifetime Repairs

We’re committed to sustainability and keeping your frames in use for as long as possible. That’s why we offer free lifetime repairs on all our products.

Labour is always free — all you need to cover is the cost of any replacement parts or components (outside the warranty period) and shipping.

Simply bring or ship your frames to our workshop in Woodstock, Cape Town and we’ll repair them and send them right back to you.
