Do you offer prescription lenses?

- All our frames can be fitted with your prescription/RX lenses.

- Any optometrist can assist, or request a custom quote with us

How does your Buy 1 Give 1 program work?

- For every frame that you purchase we donate one to a learner in need of reading glasses.

- We’ve partnered with the African Eye Institute (AEI), where we donate frames and their team provides eye tests and fits lenses.

What about product care, repair, and returns?

Care

- Keep your frames in the cloth case they come in - this helps prevent the lenses from scratching.

- Use only the cloth case to clean your lenses.

- If your frames get wet in salt water, rinse them in fresh water to avoid corrosion of the hinges and metal components.

Repair
- We’re committed to sustainability and keeping your frames in use for as long as possible. That’s why we offer free lifetime repairs on all our products.
- Labour is always free — all you need to cover is the cost of any replacement parts or components (outside the warranty period) and shipping.
- Simply bring or ship your frames to our workshop in Woodstock, Cape Town and we’ll repair them and send them right back to you.

- We want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we offer free returns within 30 days of your purchase.
